Ronaldo's sister Katya blasts Portugal after uninspiring DRC draw

Katya Aveiro, sister of Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo, took to social media to criticize the Portuguese national team following their 1-1 group-stage draw against DRC in the World Cup's opening round. Ronaldo played all 90 minutes but failed to register a goal or assist.

"They magically forgot how to pass, win the ball, and counter-attack. The entire game came down to backward passes and midfield recycling. This World Cup is really strange," Aveiro wrote. "As a fan of my country, I was disappointed. We played poorly; no single player showed good form. This was not the team we expected."

She added: "But as they say, a bad start often leads to a good ending, so let's think positively," signaling hope for Portugal's prospects in the tournament despite the opening draw.
