Switzerland won 4-1 against Bosnia and Herzegovina in a dominant performance, with midfielder Johan Manzambi scoring the opening goal in the 74th minute. Four additional goals followed from the 84th minute onwards, setting a World Cup record for most goals after the 70-minute mark in a single match.
Coach Murat Yakin praised his team's late-game execution. "Three points is what matters. We deserved to win — a lot worked out: tactics, substitutions, team play," Yakin said. "We showed patience and scored at the right moment."
Switzerland topped Group B with four points from two matches, while Bosnia remained in third place with one point. In Round 3 (June 24), Switzerland faces Canada while Bosnia play Qatar.
