AC Milan have firmly rejected an approach from New York City FC for American international Christian Pulisic, confirming he is not available for transfer this summer. NYCFC reportedly offered Pulisic a lucrative five-year contract worth €10m per season, with several other MLS franchises prepared to present proposals should he become available.
Despite substantial salary offers and interest from American clubs, Milan have stated that Pulisic will not be sold during the 2026 summer window. The 26-year-old currently operates under a contract expiring in June 2027, with Milan retaining a club option to extend an additional 12 months through summer 2028.
Milan's position reflects their belief in Pulisic's importance to their project. The Rossoneri have been negotiating an improved long-term contract with the former Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund forward, though no new agreement has been finalized. The club's contractual option provides Milan with considerable leverage.
Pulisic's unavailability may limit MLS transfer market activity for other American players in Europe. His remaining contract status affects betting markets focused on his future career trajectory.
