Jorge Jesus will lead the Portugal national team, succeeding Roberto Martínez. The Portuguese Football Federation announced the appointment on Wednesday.
Jesus arrives after guiding Al Nassr to the Saudi Pro League title this season, where he worked alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
He will be in charge of the side for the upcoming Nations League fixtures, the Euro 2028 qualifying campaign and the 2026 World Cup knockout stages.
