Argentina vice-captain Nicolás Otamendi has decided not to take holidays and will be available for River Plate's Clausura season opener against Barracas Central.
Otamendi does not want to know about holidays offered to those who played in the World Cup.
The veteran defender, who returned from the World Cup, expressed a desire to help the team immediately following their recent Copa Argentina exit. Otamendi joins Montiel and Quintero in being available for the new season despite their World Cup commitments.
