Ange Postecoglou appointed Al‑Nassr head coach

Postecoglou will replace Jorge Jesus after the latter stepped down following the club’s title win.

The Australian coach, who previously managed Tottenham and Nottingham Forest, will lead Al‑Nassr from the start of the 2026‑27 season.

Jorge Jesus, 71 years old (born 24 July 1954), played as a central midfielder. He started his senior career at Amora, moved to Belenenses in 1977, and to Vitória de Setúbal in 1980. He earned a single cap for the Portugal national team in 1978.
