AC Milan striker Samuel Chukwueze rejected a €15m loan offer from Trabzonspor, opting to stay and fight for his place under incoming coach Ruben Amorim. The Nigeria international had spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Fulham, recording 3 goals and 4 assists in 25 Premier League appearances before the club declined to activate their €25m purchase option.
Chukwueze joined Milan from Villarreal in summer 2023 for €21.1m plus €7m in add-ons but has failed to establish himself as a regular starter. He is convinced he can impress Amorim during pre-season training and gain more playing opportunities.
The striker's commitment to stay comes as Milan reportedly prepares for potential departures of Rafael Leão and Christian Pulisic, which would create additional forward line depth and opportunities for Chukwueze at San Siro.
